Latest news on footbridge replacements and an excellent meeting with our MP and Assembly Member

• Network Rail has provided us with the latest news on the replacement of our local footbridges as part of the Mainline Electrification Programme.  Click on the following links to see the detatils – Whitewall Footbridge and Undy Footbridge.

• Ted Hand and I had an excellent meeting this morning with Jessica Morden (MP) and John Griffiths (AM) and their staff, at their Newport Office.  They have promised to help us with our Promotional Event, that we are currently organising with Monmouthshire County Council, which will take place in late September / early October.   We are meeting with Kellie Beirne and other MCC staff on Monday (13th) to finalise plans.  Further information will be published next week!
