Attendance at February’s meeting was double it’s normal size – supplemented by 5 supportive members of the community, plus Colin James from Severn Tunnel Action Group and Cllr. David Dovey. We were also pleased to have Michael Vaughan (Arriva Trains) along as a guest.
The main item on the agenda was a presentation by our chairman, Laurence Hando, on ‘Why having a station in Magor and Undy makes perfect sense’. Some helpful points were made in the ‘question and answer’ session and Michael Vaughan gave us some useful practical advice with regard to our plans.
