The children of Magor Church in Wales primary school have been helping our group for some time now. They have appeared in our campaign video, have made posters, named our mascots and recently collected over £200 for our funds. If that wasn’t enough they have now they decided to expedite matters by writing to the following –
- David Cameron (Prime Minister)
- Edwina Hart (Minister for Economy, Science and Transport- Welsh Government)
- John Griffiths (Assembly Member)
- Paul Matthews (CEO – Monmouthshire CC)
- Peter Fox (Chair of MCC)
- Prof. Sally Holland (Children’s Commissioner Wales)
We thought the letter was so clearly written, well structured, full of evidence and assertive without being brusque that everyone should be able to read it. Just take a look –
I am sure you will agree that it is an absolutely brilliant letter (it puts my letter writing skills to shame). We will now have to wait and see what replies they get.
