Please note that the Annual General Meeting of Magor Action Group on Rail will be held on Thursday 12th August, 7.30pm, in The Golden Lion, Magor (Function Room).
If you would like to nominate yourself for a committee position (there is a maximum of 9 member places), please contact the current chairman, Laurence Hando, at email@example.com by the 5th August.
As spaces at the AGM will be limited by COVID restrictions, if you would like to attend and participate, it is essential that you register your interest by contacting Laurence as above. Alternatively, if you would like to comment or ask questions, but are unable to attend, please submit them in writing by email (again by 5th August) and we will address them at the meeting and respond thereafter.
Attendees should note that the Function Room will be sanitised, well-ventilated and that ‘track and trace’ information will be taken on the evening.
